Cartime Bury

Cartime Bury were really helpful and kept me updated when my purchase was delayed. The car was as described and salesman not pushy.

I would not recommend Cartime Bury because the vehicle I purchased broke down on the same day I collected it, leaving me stranded on the motorway. Despite this, I was not given the option to reject the car or request a refund. The vehicle was recovered and repaired without my consent.

I also faced poor communication throughout, with repeated promises of call-backs that never materialised. I incurred significant travel costs and ongoing expenses for a vehicle I have been unable to use. This experience has been stressful, disappointing, and far below the standard of service a customer should expect.

I would not recommend Cartime Bury because

Found our services great leading upto the purchase but once agreed it’s like it fell on ff there

We was told the car was gonna be MOT’d before collecting which it wasn’t, the car wasn’t charged, the valet job was lazy we had marks everywhere on the interior and the outside hadn’t been cleaned properly

All in all we spent just below £30,000 on the car it was just parked outside and we was left to just take it, before signing we was never shown the car to sign off we was happy with it etc, just felt like we’ve got your money here you go now leave
